After a 35 year career with the CIA, Bonnie started to fulfill her long planned second career - as a real estate agent. Bonnie was licensed in Virginia in 1991.  She was the Top Producer with her company and became a member of the Multi-Million Dollar Club.

She moved to Florida in June 1998 and joined the Flagler County Board of Realtors. This "third career" has been very interesting - starting with a small Builder and then joining A 1 A Realty and Development, Inc. in 2001. Working with the A1A Team has been the highlight of her Florida Real Estate Career, particularly helping to develop the beautiful upscale private Shelter Cove Boating Community.

Bonnie's main ambition is to help people buy their new dream home and/or sell their outgrown homes with as little stress as possible. She prides herself in giving people the best service without pushing or pressuring them. Her 15 years of real estate service have given her a special understanding of what people want in their new home. She cares about her customers and their needs.

As the wife of an American diplomat I’ve lived in six countries abroad and visited many others all over the world. In1991, I took a career civil service job with the Department of State, working in the South American and African Bureaus. While I have mingled with royalty, heads of state and movie stars, I have also traveled and worked in some of the poorest African and South American countries. My background makes me feel at ease working with people of all different backgrounds and cultures.

Nearly all of my work experience has been in the human resources/management field.
I have a BA from the University of Colorado.

My husband and I have a long history with Palm Coast, buying land here in 1972, building a vacation home in 1983, a second home in 1999, and finally moving here permanently in 2001. I activated my license in the spring of 2003. Although my career in real estate began relatively recently, I have been quite successful in the last few years. In 2005 I was one of Coldwell Banker’s top 7 agents in the area, with sales of over $5.5 million. I joined A1A Realty in March 2007 and look forward to many successful years there.
